Sleep deprivation is chronic in our culture, and it’s something we’re working hard to reverse at Prescription Audio. A National Sleep Foundation survey revealed two out of three people in the U.S. get less than the recommended eight hours of sleep per night; this probably isn’t a surprise. The trend is particularly alarming because we know sleep deprivation is one of the chief aggravators of stress. Fortunately, we have just concluded research that positively ties Prescription Audio’s Nocturne program to healthier, more restful sleep patterns. I’m pleased to share these studies
in the hopes of spreading the good news. This Sound Health Newsletter is focused on sleep, the one commodity that remains precious to all of us.
Enjoy,
